Shipping within Japan is ¥1,000 per order.

Orders totaling ¥30,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

If you would like your order shipped to multiple addresses, shipping charges will apply to each destination.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If the purchaser's name or address differs from that of the recipient, we will not include a packing slip or any other documents in the package.

Due to the payment system used by our shop, we are unable to issue receipts directly.

Please use the transaction record or receipt provided by your selected payment method as proof of payment.

As each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.

Every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we will offer a refund upon confirmation of the damage.

Please contact us through the inquiry form within 5 days of delivery.

Please keep the damaged artwork, the original shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label in their original condition, as they may be required for the shipping claim.

Damage that occurs after the package has been opened is considered the customer's responsibility and is not eligible for a refund, even if reported within 5 days of delivery.

We are unable to provide refunds after 6 days from the delivery date, regardless of the reason.

Please place your order only if you are able to receive the package promptly, and inspect your artwork as soon as possible after delivery.

About Nao Okita's Artwork

Nao Okita's works are created using a combination of kiln-working and cold-working techniques.

Kiln-working involves melting and shaping glass in an electric kiln, while cold-working refers to the processes of cutting, grinding, polishing, and refining the cooled glass.
Some works are made by firing layered sheets of colored glass, while others are created by casting molten glass into handmade plaster molds and finishing each piece individually by hand.

Each plaster mold is handmade and can be used only once.
After firing, the mold must be broken to remove the finished glass, making every cast piece truly unique.

The surface of each work naturally bears subtle textures, ridges, and lines created by the plaster mold.
Rather than removing these marks, they are preserved as fascinating expressions unique to this technique and remain an integral part of the finished artwork.

Many of the works can also be enjoyed as functional vessels.
Rather than industrially manufactured tableware, they are created as artworks for everyday life.
We hope you will enjoy not only using them in your daily life, but also appreciating the unique colors, textures, and expressions that each piece possesses.

During the finishing process, some air bubbles within the glass may be revealed as tiny openings on the surface.
You may also notice fine white lines where different colors of glass have fused together.

These are natural characteristics created during the making process and do not affect the functionality of the artwork.
